PREPARING FOR AN INTERVIEW

The purpose of the job interview is to help you and the employer determine if you’re a good match for the open position. It is not only about whether you can do job, it is also about how well you can do it, and will you fit in to the company. Do your values and attitudes fit those of the company?  It is also your chance to determine if it is the role you want, and a company you want to work for.

Format
The interview process comes in various formats. Below are a sample of the types you may be asked to take part in. Some company’s/recruiters will use all of these, others will go straight to a face to face interview.

Online Screening
