We believe that career development and support should be accessible to all Emergency Service workers at every stage in their career; joining, serving, volunteering, retiring or leaving service.
Since the Spring of 2020, X-ES have been delivering bespoke transition programmes for emergency services associations including Gloucestershire, Avon & Somerset and Hampshire Constabularies.
These comprehensive three-day transition programmes offer advice and support on a range of subjects including: Preparing for Transition, CV Writing, Interviews, Running your own business (self-employment), Financial Planning, and The Power of Volunteering.

PROFESSIONAL NETWORK
A major part of our commitment to the emergency services community is
helping to nurture a supportive and collaborative community of individuals
from across the services landscape. Whether you are have a police, fire,
ambulance, rescue background; whether you were formerly serving, still are, or
you are a family member and dependant – there should be a network of peers
around you to support your next professional decision.
The X-ES Professional Network is a place for anyone from the emergency services community to come together, hear from guest speakers, and network with one another. It is the opportunity to exchange knowledge, share experiences, and learn from those who are possibly on the same journey as you.
These monthly networking events are free to attend, and are currently being held virtually.
